I bought this cabinet to house my ever growing collection of Arabia Moomin mugs that were starting to take over my kitchen cupboards and were in danger of getting broken or forgotten in the clutter. It's the perfect size and can hold 20 300ml mugs with room on top for the bigger ones. It stands at the back of my kitchen worktop but can be wall mounted. The glass door protects the mugs from dust and anything else that could accidentally fall into them, and I can now admire them rather than having them tucked away behind cupboard doors. Not the easiest to assemble (some predrilled holes in the back panel would have been nice) but once assembled, it looks fab. Comes pre-painted or natural wood. There's an extra glass shelf I didn't need, so can be used to display smaller items too.
Overall, these display cabinets are good. The only issue is the predrilled holes for the back are not in the correct place, so I needed to drill new holes. Other than that, they are a nice quality and feel solid.
This is a reasonably priced display unit crafted from what appears to be pressed wood or MDF with a smooth, painted finish. Assembly was straightforward, and the unit includes steel corner plates for added strength, though there were no pre-drilled pilot holes for these. To simplify wall mounting, I used the back panel alone to mark the wall-fixing points before assembling the full cabinet—just be sure to get the orientation right, as the holes aren't symmetrical. The supplied fixings are designed for solid walls, so I had to purchase plasterboard fixings. Once completed and mounted, the unit looks fantastic on the wall!
This is the 2nd display cabinet I have..these are ideal to store all your precious little things...use mine to display my glass collection..they look great on my wall.Excellent quality too.Definitely recommend
Very easy to assemble. Well made & sturdy. Only drawback is the single glass sliding door. Would be more accessible with two sliding doors.
